  • Perform server installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Monitor server performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Implement and maintain server security measures to protect sensitive data.
  • Collaborate with L1 support teams to escalate issues as needed.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of server hardware and software components.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS).
